EU dispute resolution

We strive to resolve any disputes with our customers amicably. Should a disagreement nevertheless arise, consumers can turn to a recognised consumer arbitration body. We are willing to take part in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.

We point out that, in the event of a dispute with consumers for which we cannot reach an agreement, we will name the competent body for alternative dispute resolution on request. The European Commission's general online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) has no longer been available since 20 July 2025.
